Meanwhile, it's Poppy Day. Poppies always strike me as an odd choice for soldiers' fundraising. Especially now. Britain's at war in Afghanistan, the heroin capital of the world. Someone should tell the disabled servicemen their poppies would sell for a lot more, if only they'd wait till later in the manufacturing process.

From the second year of study a Bonded Merit Scholarship pays a maximum of $3,000 per year for course fees for up to four years, or $12,000 (over unlimited years) if you're approved as limited full-time due to illness or disability.
